Innovation & Patents

Proprietary Technology

We don’t just assemble speakers; we engineer sound. Discover the patented acoustic technologies that set Sandy Audio apart.

Neodymium Transducers
Patented Magnetic Circuit

Proprietary Neodymium Transducers

Our in-house developed neodymium low-frequency drivers utilize a unique cooling geometry. By optimizing the magnetic flux density, we achieve unprecedented SPL output while reducing thermal power compression by over 30%.

  • Ultra-low distortion at high SPL
  • Advanced voice coil cooling
  • Lightweight aerospace materials
  • Extended driver lifespan
FIR DSP Algorithms
Advanced Algorithm

Phase-Linear FIR DSP Filtering

Unlike traditional IIR filters that cause phase shifts, our high-resolution 96kHz/24bit DSP engine employs custom FIR (Finite Impulse Response) algorithms. This guarantees absolute phase linearity across the entire frequency spectrum.

  • Zero phase distortion
  • Precise crossover points
  • Optimized transient response
  • Dante network integration
Polymer Waveguide
Acoustic Engineering

3D-Simulated Polymer Waveguides

Using advanced fluid dynamics software, we design high-frequency waveguides that ensure perfect cylindrical wave propagation. This eliminates comb filtering in our line arrays, delivering crystal-clear highs to the back row of any stadium.

  • Uniform horizontal coverage
  • Elimination of comb filtering
  • Resonance-free polymer body
  • Seamless array coupling

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common queries regarding our B2B partnerships and manufacturing services.

Do you offer OEM/ODM manufacturing services?
Yes, Sandy Audio has extensive experience acting as a designated OEM/ODM partner for many world-famous audio companies. With our 15,000m² factory, anechoic chamber, and R&D team, we can customize transducer parameters, DSP algorithms, and cabinet designs to meet your precise brand requirements.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For our standard Sandy Audio branded products, the MOQ is relatively low (typically 10-20 units depending on the model) to support our global distributors. For fully customized OEM projects, the MOQ will be negotiated based on tooling requirements and component sourcing.
What is the standard production lead time?
Standard orders typically have a lead time of 25 to 35 days. For large-scale projects or custom OEM orders, lead times may extend to 45-60 days. Our 12 fully automated production lines ensure we strictly adhere to agreed delivery schedules.
What warranty do you provide for your audio systems?
We stand behind our quality. Sandy Audio offers a standard 3-year warranty on all passive loudspeakers and a 2-year warranty on active DSP systems and amplifiers. We also provide long-term spare parts support through our global service centers.
Are your amplifiers and active speakers Dante-compatible?
Yes. Our latest generation of DSP power amplifiers and active flagship line arrays feature optional Dante network audio integration, allowing for seamless digital audio routing and remote monitoring over standard Ethernet networks.
